Where we ship from
All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in China.
Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 4 to 5 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days.
Please allow a total of approximately 10 to 15 business days from the date of your order to delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping carrier and tracking
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delays and lost parcels
